Available for purchase are seeds from one of my favorite butterfly host plants, Bronze fennel. The Black Swallowtail lays its eggs upon the frilly foliage. Young plants start a bronze/purple color, maturing to bronze/green. It is a stately plant and smells wonderful when brushed against. This plant comes back many times the next year, but save seeds just in case.
