White Tomesol is a delightful white variety bearing 6-8 oz fruits with a sweet taste and lower acid. Productive fruits ripen to a soft yellow color with a slight blush on the blossom end. They are beautiful sliced on a platter. We had so many that we even canned some yellow tomato sauce. They add a nice sweetness to salsa too.
