DIRECTIONS: Use 6 oz of water for each tea bag. Pour hot water over tea and steep for 5 minutes. Never boil botanicals. Steep longer if desired, or reuse tea bag for a second cup. Stevia may be added to sweeten without calories. Garnish with orange or lemon.
