DIRECTIONS: Use 6 oz of water for each tea bag. Pour hot water over tea and steep for 5 minutes. Covering the cup with a saucer during steeping will retain the most nutrients. Never boil botanicals. Steep longer if desired, or reuse tea bag for a second cup. Sweeten to taste with honey or stevia if desired. Garnish with orange, lemon, or a stevia leaf.
